    We suggest taking your microdose in the morning like you would take any other supplement. You can also microdose in the evening for social recreational purposes but please keep in mind that this can keep you awake later than expected.

  • Can I microdose while on medication?
    Microdosing is safe with almost all regular medication’s with the exception of antipsychotic medication. If you are on medication you might want to consult with a doctor.
  • Can I still consume cannabis and alcohol while microdosing?
    That is a personal choice but the short answer is, yes.
